For those who have it is it worth the money? For those that dont; are you planning to get it or stick with what you have?

I just got one for my '02 ES.
I see no reason to do an update sooner than 4-6 yrs
My IS is an '07 and leased, forget updating.
My SC is an '03 I convinced Lexus to upgrade as part ofthe certification.
