Otsuka

My ventilated seats aren't ventilating and I want to check if any fuses are blown. The manual said that fuses for seat ventilator should be in the fuse box at the passenger's side instrument panel.

- Where is this instrument panel?
- Is the box hidden behind the kick panel next to the door? or by the center console.
- How do I go about acessing this fuse box?
