okay so I know it exists cause I have seen it once, about ten years ago. if I remember right the screen retracts like an HS250. that was in 2006 when I saw that and the car was black on tan IIRC. was I imagining things or does this exist?

Yeah it exists, my 1st gen has it. 2002. This is the only pic of it I have on me at this moment but it's that center on the dash, folds up. If you look on the center console below the shifter there's the operating buttons for it.
