Default Car dieing over Night

So I did a little checking and it seams like the fuel pump is running after the key is turned off.

Anyway I've been taking the fuel pump fuel out and it's fine in the morning...

Any ideas?

Why the FP would stay on??

If you are looking from the passenger side at the fuse box it's the one cloest to the left.
