Give the guys at GreenTec a call They offer a good warranty and will replace the whole Batt for around 2700. I used them and I'm very happy. Just stay clear of Falcon hybrid solutions formally prius rebuilders. Theirs products look like something from the junk yard and they offer a weak warranty,

I have 180k on my 07 GS450h, hybrid traction battery light has come on 3 times in the last 9 months but goes away after a day or 2. I still have 7 out of 8 green bars.

I bought my GS 450h in July 2006 and now it has run 336 000 Km (201 000 miles) with the original high voltage battery. The car still does 0 - 263 km/h in 30.3 sec., same as when it was new. I have never had any problem with the battery.
