If you want to buy there, you have to sign up and then convert your money to yen. It's pretty easy and fun.
It works like this for American buyers. First you pay, then you wait until they figure out the shipping, then the item goes to the shipper, then you pay the final total, then it's shipped from Japan.
All in all, the process take about a month. Be patient. It worth the wait because some of stuff is pretty neat, and you'll find it no where else.

Yes I did. One of the big ones was a factory wood steering wheel from a Japanese HS, and that's where I got my outside mirror puddle light LED bulbs before they became available in the US.
Takes about a month to complete a sale, though.
