Hello, yesterday i drove on my lexus hs250h by the store and on 10 miles per hour i scratch bottom of my car and my air bags exploded right away... All what i scretch is some plastic. Please let me know if anyone has that kind of problem before.

sorry I haven't , ive hit the front ..right side on dips a lot and nothing .and Ive hit it pretty hard before. ive never hit the front end

Check the NHTSA web site for other recalls, investigations and complaints on this issue. You could have a case or leverage to get Lexus to cover it. http://www.nhtsa.gov/Vehicle+Safety/Recalls+&+Defects

You might have a case if all you did was "scratch" the bottom. It usually take a lot of force to set off the bags. Keep us posted on what you find.
