Put the lug nuts on not quite hand-tight (just spin them on), lower the vehicle, then slowly back it down the driveway until it pops loose.

This uses the weight of the truck to break the rust off that's holding the wheel on. The lug nuts keep the wheel from coming completely off.

Replace the new caliper
Take the caliper out get it fixed
Can you guys show me how to stop brake fluid when i take the caliper out and recommend me where to buy the used OEM or remanufactured caliper.

Are you certain that it is seized? what method are you using to compress the pistons back in?

Also, if you ultimately DO need to replace the calipers, i use the method of stretching a piece of saran wrap over the master cylinder, and then snapping the cap on over that. Some will leak out, but it usually should stop after a minute
