Default Lexus GX470 wood paneling

does anyone have any tips on how to fix the wood paneling on a gx? It's near the 4 wheel drive LNH selector. It's scraping

Post a pic so we can see exactly what's wrong. If it's just surface scratches you can probably buff them out. If the finish is chipping IE: missing wood, your best bet is to find a used one on eBay / salvage yard etc.

If you call a Lexus stealership's parts dept, prepare to be absolutely blown away by their sky high price. They never cease to amaze me on stuff like this - you'd think that little piece of pretty wood was attached to the freaking motor! Yup, def try to find it somewhere else. Good luck!

An automotive stereo shop told me one of his guys broke a piece and Dealer wanted $800 to replace. I didn't ask details of which piece/why but took his comment to mean they're not cheap
