Low Tire Light On, Tires fine?
Im getting tired of these idiot lights. Now its the low tire light it comes on every time I drive and the tires are all up to pressure. I cant find a way to reset. Any suggestions. Oh and the local Lexus dealer wants $125 just to look at it!

did you check spare too?
If all are OK (w/in < 10% of initialized pressure), and depending on MY, did you accidentally hit the "2nd" set button?
Speaking of MY, TPMS batteries are "designed" to last as long as main battery in vehicle ~ 4-5years. Anything older should be considered for replacement at regular tire change. That said, at up to $125 each (less from tirerack, ebay, etc.), it does give pause to replacing preemptively...
What MY and when were yours last replaced?
Any good tire shop can tell you if a particular sensor is bad or not... not just a Lex/Toy dealer.
Good luck

When I had the light coming on and staying on I was frustrated too because all 4 tires were hold their correct pressure. When I had to get a state inspection I asked the tech to check the sensors for the TPMS on the four tires. He came back saying he first checked the air pressure on the spare and it was low, he filled it up and the light was off.

1. Ensure you have Tire Pressure switch in the right position (primary set). The switch is below the steering wheel.
2. Check the pressure in spare tire
3. Ensure all your TPMS sensors are working correctly. Any tire shop should be able to check your sensors, including the sensor on spare tire.

You guys are good. Thank you for the forum. Yes it is the spare tire pressure you check before you go to the dealer or change anything. I know because it happens to me twice already. "BASIC! BASIC! BASIC! always starts with the basic before you get into complicated thing, the basic rule of troubleshooting.

Wow this info is detailed. So glad I looked at this thread cause I just started having the low tire pressure like go on consistently. filled the tires with air but dunno what the recommended pressure is lol. Still light is on so going to fill the spare and see what happens. NEVER would I have even thought a spare would need it till it was being used. But now it makes sense.

32 psi? Should be a sticker on driver side door jamb with the info.

I understand more than a few individuals fill em up too 35, for cold weather and or some wive's tale about better MPG, with no issues regarding the TPMS light on the dash. Ive done it as well, going up to 35psi, to see if i noticed an increase in MPG but didn't notice any.

Open the rear barn door, look along the bottom side of the door's opening you'll see a plastic cover you can pop off. Use the jack handle extension and handle to turn the lowering screw counter clockwise. That will lower the spare.
