Anyone ever put on separate snow tires on rims without adding those TPMS's ?

Toying with getting a set of those Michilen X Ice and having just another set of rims for winter then switching back to the regular tires with the factory rims and TPMS's in spring.

Funny thing. a little after filling the tank and about an hr in traffic and a night in the garage the light is off. Go figure. Only filled the tires a week ago...
