gps navigation

does anyone know how to deactive the voice control when you are using the gps for the 2006 gx 470? thanks.

"Deactivate the voice control"?? or mute the navigation voice directions? If it's the later, there's a OFF button in the Volume screen. When in Map mode, select Menu then Volume.

I think you can hit the menu button and there is a volume control, where you can turn it up or down too. If you don't have the manual, I can look it up.

You can also lower the volume while the GPS is giving directions.

I am having issues finding a way to have the voice turn on lol. I just cannot seem to find the volume for that specific thing. I will look in a few minutes again from what I see here.
