Anyone have any experience with the service department at Lexus of Maplewood in St.Paul MN, good, bad, or ugly ? I bought a 1 owner from a private party that had all of the maint. work done there. It will be due for the 135K service in about 3 months. I was thinking because all previous work on the GX had been done there that I'd give them a try. Searched customer reviews on the web, and as usual some loved it and others said it was poor, was wondering if someone on here might have used them and what their experience was
