Possible to eliminate rake, but stay mostly stock?

Are you wanting to raise the front, or lower the rear? Both can be done.

Lots of spacer lift options for the front, mechanically the same as a 4th gen 4Runner, so include that in your search. Let's you use the factory struts still too. Check out Ali SC3's recent post in his build thread as he did just this.

Mine was a 2.5" lift and did a little more than eliminate the rake though, but same concept.
according to my measurements the front was 1.5" lower than the rear before I touched anything, which is the factory rake more or less.
so you could go with a 1" leveling spacer and it would probably level it out. even if it goes a little higher you can adjust the rear to match.
I looked on ebay and I usually just search 4runner spacer lift or 4runner spacer leveling, and I see the lowest one like the kind I used is a 1.5" lift spacer.
this is the kind where it bolts onto the shock and then it has its own studs which makes things easier since you do not have to take off the top hat mount.
looks like this
I did find a 1" leveling spacer but it looks like the other kind where you do have to remove the top mount and install longer studs etc.. then put it on top
looks like this
note that the size of the spacer and the size of the lift are 2 different things, for example mine was about a 1" spacer that gave me 2.5" of lift, so you would need a pretty small spacer to get 1" of lift.
my honest advice would be don't bother leveling it out via the front spacer if you are not going to lift it some with the 1.5" spacer, way too much work just to level it out with a 1" spacer since you have to take the shock apart (requires spring compressors). Its not that bad though it is definately doable just the 1.5" is easier to do.
I would try the 1.5" lift and likely raise the rear .5-1", and this is well within the limits of the stock system.
a 265/70/17 tire would fit and look quite nice with the most likely.
easiest would definitely be to lower the rear down like .5" and the rake be less noticeable. it takes just a few minutes to adjust the rear sensor rods to be a little lower in the slot.
