Passenger front window will not go up.
All,
All my windows work, except my front passenger side window. It will go down, but not up from the driver side switch. It works from the passenger side.
I did NOT replace my battery or lose power. It started when I was driving and wanted the window half way down, but it kept going fully up or fully down. I finally got it to where I wanted it to be, but after that i could no longer bring it back all the way up. It can go all the way down, but no longer up.
Any ideas?

Pretty sure the windows work over the CANBUS network, so there isn't an individual pair of wires to each window from the driver's panel. My guess is the switch on the driver's panel is bad.
How to test this? Easiest way would be to swap that module for a known-good one temporarily.

You can get them from Sewell. They aren't cheap, at $530 before the clublexus discount. Which is why I suggested you find another GX470 to swap the part first.

I didn't post the video - I posted the link to Sewell Lexus, where you can order the part.
But first, since it's expensive, why not find another GX owner near you that is willing to swap parts to test it out?
Why? Because there's usually no returns on electrical parts at the dealership.

Similar problem
I have a similar problem where all the power windows work from their own door switches but not from the driver’s door. The driver’s window works from the driver’s door. I did just have the car services and the battery was disconnected. I am not sure if the battery being disconnected is tied to the issue, but saw that is was mentioned in this thread earlier.

Try resetting the window limit switches - here's the link:
