DRL Blub Housing - Miniature Lamp Bulb Swaped for LED
So I finally got around to installing these this weekend. Unfortunately, I think I may have blown a fuse as they no longer work. I got the polarity right and when I went to push them down into the socket to lock them into place and I heard a "pop", and they went out and stayed out. I've tried to swap back the old halogen bulbs in to see if the LEDs were the problem but still nothing. I don't have any error codes or anything. Could it be a fuse somewhere? Can someone tell me which one it is? Thank you much appreciated.

You really have bad luck, I don't think you reversed polarity, but your positive and negative pins touched together, shorting out the fuse. Check the fuse in the front engine bay on the driver side, it should show a diagram for it there. You also have a fuse box underneath the passenger side too, which I'm pretty sure is not for the exterior lighting, and one set is in the trunk, which again, is for interior fusing.

Thanks, XxGoKoUxX. I was hoping that it wouldn't be the case but now that I think about it. If just a fuse that's a pretty easy fix.
Does anyone have a schematic of the layout of the fuse box's? Sounds like there are three...

So I am glad to announce that it was just a fuse that blew out. Although the fuse didn't really look blown out to me. So just to double check I swapped the DRL with Horn fuse and the horn didn't work so it really was the fuse. It was a 15 amp fuse. I had three spares in the fuse box by the driver side engine compartment a 10, 15 and a 20 amp. It was pretty easy to figure and kind of fun to!
