Default Very Frustrated

ok im new to the forum first off and i have a story About a month ago i had my 06 gs430 repainted after that happened i noticed my windows auto feature didnt work anymore! I noticed the sunroof when i hit the button to open it did not have the auto frature anymore as well! I called the shop that painted the car with this issue and took it in they fixed it supposedly! Now lets jump to last week i had my front brakes done new pads and rotors factory oem parts at a local shop i know well! The shop did the brakes and things were fine for about a week next thing i know im driving the car a few days ago i brake in traffic and a bunch of lights on my dash come on all of a sudden (VSC ECB BRAKE) YELLOW EXCLAMATION) and the traction control lil skid light i said dammit and took it straight to lexus now they check it give me the diagnosis and tell me code c1336 zero pt calibration is needed and c1335 linear solenoid valve offset learning attempted initialization of linear orientation DID NOT INITIALIZE NEEDS 3000$ brake actuator and they also recommended a full brake inspection So today i go to get in my car and start it up and notice the windows are now doing the same thing they were doing after the paint job😩 CAN ANYONE OUT THERE PLEASE HELP MY DECIFER WHAT COULD BE GOING ON HERE I AM IN SHOCK RIGHT NOW😳😳😳😳😳😳😳
Oh forgot to mention about every 45 sec to a min there is a buzzing vibration in my brake pedal that lasts about 2sec😩😩😩😩

All windows have to be reinitialized after battery is disconnected or goes low. in each seating position hold window switch up to closed position for 10sec then down for 10 secs. do this to each window in that seating position not at the drivers seat. for sunroof hold roof to full forward position then full back then tilt up then close.
How old is your battery? might be getting weak, check that first, flush the brakes and clear all codes

I know the auto feature on the windows gets deprogrammed when the battery gets disconnected and as far as the lights on the dash going off seems a little odd. I would start by having your battery checked at an autozone. A bad battery has been known to to wreak havoc on the electrical system and set off the lights on the dash. The fact that your windows got deprogrammed leads me to believe that your best bet would be the battery. Hopefully if the battery is the issue it should be an inexpensive fix. Hope this helps.

Should the car be on or off when this occurs?

I have to replace my battery about every 2 to 2/12 years. These cars eat them up. The good news it is always still under warranty.
