Hi guys, I apoloize for repeating an old problem after so many threads on the same problem
. But i cant seem to remember the solution
. After the mechanic changed the brake pads the vsc and the abs lights came on and when I brake it takes a while to slow down. If anybody can tell me the solution for this problem I'd greatly appreciate it.
Thanks

Take it to the dealership. Isnt your time worth the extra money??? I would only have a Lexus tech at a dealership to touch my brakes. You can PM rominl. He is still the ultimate Lexus guru.

you sure he only changed the pads? did he bleed the brakes? it sounds to me he bled the brakes (incorrectly) and trigger the computer to throw an error code. if that's the case you need dealership computer (or code reader) to clear the codes
just changing the pads shouldn't throw those lights
