Default lexus service now problems

Hey guys went in for an oil change at lexus today. Had then check car out and do a check on suspension, brakes etc. Also told them about the black smoke at start up.

Now the car is sluggish no throttle response and shifting funny. Any ideas. Does the car need to relearn how I drive? I drive it 20 miles and no change taking it back in tomorrow. Any ideas?

Did you usually drive with the throttle set to power (on the center console)? Flip the switch and see if that makes a difference.

No usual mode is plenty. Power is slightly better but I have to mash the pedal to get going.

Checked this am. Slightly above 2nd top dot. I did disconnect the battery terminals for 10 min and cleaned air filter.

It's much better but the kick down is still not there and trans seems to lag a bit. I hope they did not screw something up.

Maybe it's just a learning thing?

It might sound silly, but check that the parking brake is off.

Yep checked that also, lol. It just feels like its in snow mode. I flipped the switches etc. I think i just need to take it back in. The tech says he hooked up the tech stream device but did not reset anything. I think he did. Computers are smarter than humans I think. He did something.
