Should I trade in my GS300 awd so I can mod?
Whats up CL fam.. I need some advice on my current situation..
I am an owner of a 2006 GS300 awd.. The weather is starting to improve where I am at..
And I want to do some basic mods like wheel, coilovers, lights...
From browsing this forum its my understanding that if you lower the awd it causes shaking and vibrations.. That would just annoy me so Im hesitant to do the mods..
Im more inclined to use the money I saved for the mods ($3500) and either trade up for a 2007 GS350 or 2006 GS430.. And then start the mod process.. Does this sound like a good/realistic idea? What would you guys do in my situation?
Also, is $3500 enough money to do mods for wheels, coils, and hids?
Thanks in advance for any input guys!

I would trade up to the 350 for the increased power.
I think 3500 should be enough for mods. You have to search the classifieds though. You can find a nice set of used wheels for around 2k, and coilovers for 1k.

I've owned a 2006 gs430 and that was totaled, and now have a 2008 gs460. I would recommend a 08+ the 06 and 07 models dont look as nice and have bunch of issues and recalls. As for 3,500 for wheels and coils, that all depends on how high end of a wheel you want. Coils are probably around 1,200 for good set. Wheels can be 1,000 or 10,000.

WHAT!?! I would hardly say they have a bunch of issues and recalls. Explain your reasoning.
