Default check vsc/brakes are stiff

i was messing with my upper control arms today.... now i can't turn on my car. check VSC light is on, along with traction control and ABS light. brakes are super stiff. when the car is in the on position, the fan turns and stays on. but it won't start. checked all sensors on the calipers, and checked all fuses. everything is fine. used my OBD2 reader and it cannot connect to the ECU so i can't get any codes. anybody have a clue what a solution is?

also, i unplugged the battery to reset it... still nothing

Did you check the brake lines maybe one came loose, if thats not the case try unplugging the battery for a reset.
