Thanks for the advice will try ASAP but I'm afraid I don't have the funds for a new water pump if you all know where I could maybe get a used one for dirt cheap? Or any quick fixes thanks again

No quick fixes on the water pump. If its leaking from the weep hole then your water pump is shot. I have seen new water pumps for about $30 online and the timing belt kit (with water pump) for about $66 if money is tight but I would "strongly" stay away from those if you can because I have seen those cheap ones fail even within a few years and then you are spending more than you should to replace it again. I would go with the AISIN brand (same as OEM) or Gates for better reliability if I were you.
