p0171,p0174 help!!
I have read thread after thread on these codes and cannot find a solution. Most of the stuff i read was for the rx and didnt apply to the 2jzge motor.
I am having all of these codes pop up no matter how many times i clear them.
I am also having this weird issue when i hit the brakes coming to a stop the rpms drop to 100rpm then slowly creep back up to normal. When this happens in a turn and i hit the gas it hesitates for a couple of seconds then back to normal.
What ive tried: checking all vacuum hoses for cracks, hook up my scanner and looked at live data: my maf sensor was 2.86g/s at idle the range is 2.5-4.4 i believe, LTFT 1 & 2 were at 22% at idle 14.6% at 1500 rpms and 12% at 2500 rpm, Ive taken out the maf sensor and cleaned it and reset the computer.
Please help with any of these problems!

Well first off, clearing the codes isnt gonna fix the problem, thats why they keep coming back. secondly, regardless what car it is, they all have the same codes and have the exact problems so doesnt matter what thread you read, its all gonna be good information.
You posted 174 twice, any chance the other was 171?
Heres the long list of things to look into. Many things can cause car to run lean:
Dont run like this too long, you dont want to take our your cats and make simple probelm into an expensive one

yeah its supposed to be p0171.
What i was wondering if there are any common solutions to these codes. For instance on a e46 bmw when you get the p0171 99% of the time is the ccv or a ripped lower intake boot or both. I dont know much about lexus so i didnt know if there were common things to check that give these codes.

You can buy a bypass device for the rear o2 sensors... (not smog legal)
The Front o2 sensors are used to tell the ECU how much fuel to mix with the incoming air. These HAVE to work correctly are the car will not run 100%.

I replaced the valve cover gaskets, spark plugs, spark plug wires, maf sensor and intake gasket and now i am down to p0171 p0174. weird thing is the cel's come on and go off every couple of days. The other issue im having is my rpms drop really low when coming to a stop, then the rpms will come back up to normal. This happens for about 2-3 seconds but it you hit the gas while this is happening the car hesitates very badly. Im thinking this might be related to the codes.
any ideas?

Check your intake tube, specifically this part:
There could be a crack in the tube between the maf and throttle body. This ecu only sees what the maf is sensing so it will put in that much fuel, but with the crack, more air is actually coming in than what the maf is sensing causing the code to show up.
Just another 2 cents.

mine does have a crack on the resonator part( big hunk of plasitc at the botttom of the intake tub) but i sealed it up. now the car hesitates worst from a dead stop, you hit the gas pedal it chugs for a few seconds then takes off and drives fine till i come to another stop. any ideas?

Maybe your issue is with this. Check on eBay to see what it is. eBay item # 221688000542. Your Thottle Body Lever Sensor. Also, maybe your TPS Sensor on your TB. eBay item # 151820856025. Another question for you. You took out the throttle body to put the spark plugs, right? You cleared the throttle body and if you did it, what product or method you use it?
