Car shuts off at operating temperature
I have a 1999 gs300 with almost 200,000 miles and it's been giving me problems lately. Radiator developed a Crack so it was replaced .Car starts fine when cold idles fine and doesn't make any strange noises .after about 15 minutes of running the car dies but restarts and dies immediately. Car wont run unless the car has cooled down .temperature Guage never goes over the middle . The fans never turn on when the car reaches operating temperature . When I turn the ac on the fans work and car stays on but upon acceleration around 2000 or 3000rpm the car backfires and cuts off .

yes they will cause it to shutdown once at operating temp. The fail-safe operation for P1300 cuts the fuel. If you run the codes and see P1300, I would tell you it is a coil pack and not the igniter.

My car had to be jump started because of sitting for a while So I bleed the system and the fans finally came on by themselves. So I let the fans cycle on and off about 4 times then the car studdered like it wanted to cut off and the fans came on and it kept running. Then it cut off. So I started it again and it ran for a while the fans coming on and off like it's suppose to and it cut off again.

I made a list of things to start checking
Fuel pump
Coil packs
Fuel filter
Cam sensor
Crank sensor
Engine coolant Temperature sensor
Is there anything else I should check ?

Hey mate
Have you checked all the main relays for Fuel pump and ECU? Check to see if they have intermittent play with a multimeter/scope when your car is warmed up.
If there is no codes and the engine suddenly dies that could mean that the ECU itself is not able to log a code because the problem is itself. Also check grounds and main feeds to the ECU too.
