Yes they definitely must be pressed in. I left the car with shop for hours so I have no idea the estimated time for install. He did tell me that he had to remove the pumpkin to do it and that it "took awhile".

By the way I have the pinion mounting bushings.

Any feedback on how the install went? did they get rid of the clunk and any vibrations inside the cabin???

Sorry I wasn't able to get them installed when I wanted to. They, along with a new intermediate steering shaft, poly sway bar bushings, and poly steering rack bushings will be installed on Tuesday.

I guess you could say I'm pretty excited

Please let us know what difference they make. Specially the clunk issue...
