Calling all 2jzgte vvti experts. I'm stumped
Ok here is the run down. I have a 2jzgte vvti with the only thing that isn't stock is a fpr and aem fuel pump. once i turn the key to try to start the car the #6 injector is just dumping massive amounts of fuel into the cylinder which will cause engine to hydro lock (don't want to do that). now here is the weird part if i completely unplug the injector so there is no power going to it at all it still floods out the cylinder with fuel. I even tried 2 other 440 injectors from a non vvti 2jzgte (thats what my mechanic had at the shop) and the issue happend on both of those injectors. Has anbody ever had this issue. please help I need my baby back on the road

Well since no one has chimed in yet I went ahead and ordered new seals for the injector which should be here tomorrow. I will keep everyone updated and hopefully this will fix my issue

Can't used non vvti injector was they are low impedance and the vvti 2jzgte uses high impedance. You still have a bad injector or multiple ones. Hence why swapping out injectors didn't fix your problem. You would need the correct side feed injectors and see if that problem continues. 440cc sidefeed high impedance

Ok fellas ready to hear this crazy sh@$. I went ahead and put in the new seals on the injector and the same thing happened. Then we went ahead and pulled one of the injectors from the front of the motor and switched it with the #6 injector and the same thing happened only leaking fuel in the #6 cylinder. So now I know its not the injector or the seal. What else could it be?

ok so I went to the shop today and we went ahead and disconnected the fpr and just ran fuel line straight through to the return and guess what no leaking in the #6 cylinder. so i then take fpr apart to see whats going on and guess what diaphragm has a rip in it . so now im going to go tomorrow to see if i can pick up an areomotive rebuild kit and replace all internals of the fpr.

I should have chimed in man im sorry I didnt, first thing I was going to tell you was FPR and ask what it was even at. That would have def. Been my first check AND your on the right track because seals were smart to try as well. Although I don't have experience in the GTE GE swap, he seemed ^^ to know the answer... Read it?
