Updated I got my TSX clears lenses in and the look amazing the retrofit source, only thing is once i installed them i did notice the cutoff was almost the same as the stock lenses but i believe i was to close. I am still waiting on one more piece to set this off!

The first cutoff is of the TSX clear the second is the M45 stock

Here is the projector mounted in the housing it fits great, I went to 3" (6-32) screws they work better. The igniter plug fits inside the housing as it should but where the plug meets the bulb it protrudes and i can't get it sealed close..... any suggestions?

I was going to use TRS' rubber housing caps; they look like they should fit over where the protrusion is...

did you do any spacing of the lens? the clear lens with some spacing should give you a sharper cutoff and definitely alot more blue/purple color to the cutoff rather then yellow.

If I remember right I ordered the 100mm ones and they didn't fit so I just left it open and no problems so far. They've been like that for 10 months and there was a 3-4 month winter in between.

Edit: Do you still have the autolevel system working?

I made an attempt to do something different to the housing instead of the standard chrome, this was how it turned out. I just came across another idea which i will try on my old headlight housings (vertex edition black chrome housing)

I am very pleased with the way they turned out plus I'm going for more of a luxury sport theme, kinda like a CLS AMG or Porsche Panamera. Fast sedan life!

They need some serious polishing, so a friend of mine that runs a body shop is going to hook them up for me crystal clear!
