Damn I love those wheels.
If you're thinking of buying the eBay LED fogs, don't. There's nothing VIP about them.
You achieve alot by just lowering that thing and getting the perfect stance. Also maybe a retrofit to give it more modern look.
Love that color too!
Edit: Is this VINCE9164's old car?

Welcome to club lexus........my opinion is if your gonna go vip, maybe a little more aggressive wheel setup. Some retro headlights. JDM tails. The list can go on and on...... but definitely get your stance right first. (Wheels, tires, and suspension) that is probably the most costly things that will be done to your car. Good luck with your build. Post pics when you get started.

^^^^^ was about to say the same thing... its funny how well we recognize ClubLexus rides in one shot (no video needed). Even driving around town you can almost pinpoint who is a member, possibly a member, and not a member at all.
Good luck with the ride OP - have fun with it

Welcome, just know that when you want a VIP build that will look good, you cant cheap out. VIP modding doesn't come cheap, so my advice is to take your time with the build! Have fun with it, hope to see more progress later!
