Had the same problem with an LS430 I had. This product, Interdynamics - A/C System Deodorizer, seemed to help a great deal; http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...ord=deodorizer
You just spray it up into the A/C drain hose and it will slowly drain back out after a few minutes.

i've noticed that on my car & my wife's car. i changed the cabin filter on mine (have one for the LS, but haven't gotten around to it yet). i noticed a slight difference with mine, but i can still tell the odor is there. now sure what it is.

I read a little into this a while back but been procrastinating on doing it. Might be mold in the AC ducting. Spray Lysol into vents and run on high heat for a few minutes. If you have time and patience, undo parts and clean inside the ducts and the fan blades of the AC system.
Cool. Might have to try that out.

+1 change the cabin filtre. When I worked at GM, we had a GM branded a/c anti-fungal spray that is just about odorless and really powerful. Also, if possible, turn off your a/c a few minutes before you shut off the car and blow outside air on medium or high speed, this reduces the amount of moisture build up after the car is parked.
