Veritek- Ya, I live about 5 min from there. Let me know if you ever come down for a shoot and want another GS there.

Here's a few pics of the Skyline. It's not a GTR model, but it has the motor out of one (RB26DETT). I'd like to have a R34 GTR but they are a little pricey. I recently blew the head gasket, so I'm just going to save up and do a full build on it. Some of the pics were taken by my buddy, who happens to have a R33.
If you look in the first pic here, you can see it hiding back in the garage.

Ya, I thought it was pretty funny. Oh and I didn't forget, I'm just not worried about it. That tag is no longer registered and if someone was stupid enough to try to come to my house...well, I've got no problems shooting a firearm inside my garage lol...not kidding.

well the reason i was asking is....there was alot of issues l8r on with how they imported them and ALOT of the original owners were dumping them to avoid them getting taken away by the government. is yours eligible to be registered still since you said that tag isnt registered anymore?
due to "issues" some of the skylines motorex was importing weren't converted to D.O.T. standards and the government was going to peoples houses and reclaiming them.just be careful with it man i would hate to have some people try and take something away i paid for
they talk about this in the 2nd page on the right side of this column...

how much did you end up getting that skyline for BTW?
you can take this to PM with me if you want, i have always admired the R34 its one of my dream cars

Hey, you didnt buy the skyline from missouri did you? my buddy had one imported thru motorex before they went kaput, his was a 1995 r33 i think, he sold it a couple years ago. Took him 3 years and 50k to get it up to dmv standards just to put it on the street...

Nope, not missouri. What color was this R33 and was it a gts-t or gtr? I probably know the owner, I know/know of 300-400 owners in the US....which is a large magority of all of them here, lol.
