Default Question for the air ride guys (Air hose???)

I don't expect to many reponses but hopefully I'm wrong.

Have any of you guys routed your air line through the cabin?

If so:
Do you have any pics
What size lines
Where did you route it through the firewall
How did you route it through to the front bags

I have an idea of how I would do it if I choose to but I would like to hear from anyone that actually has done it.

By bottom you mean not in the cabin right? I'm looking for anyone who has actually ran the lines through the cabin.

I did sir! I ran both sides as if I were running speaker wire. On the passenger side I ran it through a boot I found:

running 1/2" hydraulic hose with is about an 1" thick... on driver side I found a another boot and ran it through there. sorry no pic... just get a knife and slice just enough to push it through. I went to big on this pic as you can see. the bend is very aggressive though. I recommend you find a way to put an add on hydraulic or steel braided hose in order to make that bend...

as for routing, I removed the rear seat and tucked under the side panels all the way to the front...

Air lines can get kinked really easy when you try and run them inside the car. I'm running 1/2" lines on everything.

I'll get some asap. There was only one place to drill on the passenger side, the battery is in the way. The little space between the fender and the battery is where I drilled; as for routing (with mud guard removed) there is a seem with 1/8" holes in it, I routed the line next to that and ziptied the hose to it then ran it freely next to the upper control arm to the bag while ziptieing it to the control arm. That zip tie only failed once cause i didnt leave enough slack for it to move with the control arm. But at that point its gonna depend on where you bag port is. The UAS bag has it on the bottom, I think yours is on top (which will make it much easier)

Run the lines under the car from the trunk.
It can follow the fuel and brake line and be bundled with them safely.
No need to be inside the car , plus it makes it have to bend more curved inside.

I believe he already doing that and wants to route it another way. He already has the air installed. Bends or not, I dont see that being a problem... thats the way I've got them runing

Those of you who have the Dakota Digital Air Meters, where did you guys mount them at? I had mine below the ignition key area but now I'm thinking of relocating it inside my ashtray since it fits perfect witout the meters housing.
