HELP...new actuators installed and now key won't work
Hey guys my father just recently replaced the actuators on the passenger side of his GS and now all the doors lock/unlock work when pressing the button on the doors. However, the master key does not lock/unlock the doors when its buttons are pressed. I searched for a DIY on how to reprogram the key but none of the instructions have worked so far. Do you guys have any other suggestions? Does installing new actuators require a trip to the Lexus dealer to reprogram the key? Thanks a lot...

if you have both keys, insert the master into the lock, and turn it both ways a few times. once you do this, insert the secondary key in and turn it back and foth a few times. if there is a third, repeat again. if you have only one key, you will need to take it to the dealership and have it reprogrammed by the ECU
