Thumbs down Seized caliper

Changing out my front brake pads today (after only 25k miles, joy) found one of the inboard Pistons on the right front caliper is siezed. Called dealer, of course part isn't in stock and they won't have it until Wednesday. It seems they don't even rebuild the caliper, they just replace them. No loaners available either.

Thank god for the warranty, caliper on this thing is over $400. Has me wondering about keeping this car long term, it only has 26k miles and has been babied. Battery already died with 12k miles on it, now at 26k the caliper is already seized. Lexus ain't what it used to be.
