Default How much higher does AWD sit vs. RWD?
How much more wheel clearance does an AWD GS 350 have vs. the RWD version?

Significant at least 1.5-2 inches. Best bet would go to a dealership to see. The awd is terribly high up - makes the car look much worse.

Overall height of RWD models is 57.3 inches. For AWD models that increases to 57.9 inches. So there should be an additional 0.6 inches of wheel gap when equipped with the same wheels and tires.

Wow that's it ? That is very surprising - the awd looks like a monster truck stock (I own one).

I think you are underemphasizing how big a ride height difference 1.5-2" is Jeff LOL. No way the AWD GS is 2 inches higher than a RWD GS.
