Most Scratch & Scuff Resistant Paint Colour
Honestly, we have nebula grey and there are what appears to be scuffs showing up in the oddest places on the car, on top of the rear fender, passenger side C pillar. I don't have any real scratches...yet. Does the community recommend a paint colour that is most resistant to these dreaded irritants, how is red?
I will be applying felt to exterior of all my kids' hockey bags, including my own!

No color is any more resistant to it than another, its just that you can't see the scuffs as much on lighter color cars. They're there, you just can't see them as easily. Silver, white, tan...

So what are these scuffs, I don't see "white" or metal, just a different shade of grey (sounds like a good name for a book)? Is it clear coat that has been scraped off?

They are probably just surface abrasions that would easily polish off. They could even just be dried wax from when the vehicle was waxed at the dealership. Can you post some pictures?

Yeah those are very minor and easily removed. In fact they may even just rub off when washing.
