Default When to add air to tires

Thanks to the tire pressure warning system, I see my tires are low (26/27/28 cold) Eventually as the car warms up it gets to like 30 psi. The sticker says 34. (AWD Lux) Is this drop going to make a huge difference? I don't really notice a difference in driving. I have a nice long drive ahead of me on Friday night to Poughkeepsie
Because of the Tire Pressure warning system, do I have to anything special when adding air?

I always put air into my tires according to the recommended air pressure.

Regarding the TPMS, no additional steps needed.

Once you add more air, the TPMS will read the current pressure. That's all.

also, please keep in mind tire pressure should be measure at COLD. so if sticker says 34, that's 34psi when cold (first thing in the morning before driving)

what you have now at 26psi cold is way too low

Your AWD Lux should be 33 all around, not 34.

I air mine to 31 and prefer the ride. 16 is too low I agree.

The dealer told me 32 psi in the summer and in the colder weather climes higher when the car is at room temperatures.
