LexusGSFGO

Ive noticed when my A/C is on and the vents are positioned upward (towards the face), there is a definite high pitched whistling sound. I have to put the vent on both up and down mode to make it go away. I was just wondering if this is normal, or should I report it to Lexus. Anyone else notice this?
