Smile Plastidipped my 2006 gs3 chrome trim

Wanted to get rid of all the chrome trim on my car and figured I'd plastidip it so its reversible... came out really nice and goes with my theme..

I notice you have a front lip. where did you get it from and how was the fitment?

I actually got it off ebay and painted it myself.. had to use a heat gun to get it to stretch a little for proper fitment.

Nice! Besides just using the heat gun. Were there any other type of work required? Cutting? trimming? drilling? any info would help because I am looking into this front lip.

After I used the heat gun it fit good. To make it stay on I drilled 2 holes on the inner wheel wells were it sits and used 3M tape on the bumper lip. Thats about it. Ive had it for over 2 years and its been through alot of snow... I live in Chicago.. Def. worth it I paid like 130
