Lightbulb 4GS Trunk Chrome Trim on 3GS

I think the 4GS trunk chrome trim will look nice on 3GS so I PS'd a pic with that. I like the result.

What do you guy think?
Actual length and price are unknown though.

Not bad with the other stuff (Lexus and model badge) removed.

The problem with the image as shown, is the channel in which the chrome trim is overlaid, isn't wide enough to result in the image above.
It'd need to be a fair bit thinner, and as a result, would look lost.
There is chrome trim that fits to the bottom of the bootlid, and while it looks different, I don't think it's a great look nor adds anything to the car.
Once the novelty period has ended, it'll be seen for what it is - something tacked on that ultimately looks out of place.
Even adding the chrome trim around the rear light clusters looks out of kilter with the car - nice idea in theory, and fine for a show car you see just once, but not really suited for something you'd see every day you walk up to it or drive behind.

I think it'd look nice, different... But it takes away from the sportiness and more into the luxuriousness, if you know what I mean...
