Part name ?
Anybody know the specific name for the small deflector that attaches to the lower front bumper cover/splash shield ? It's about 10 inches long and one on each side. Sits between front bumper and fender bottom. Almost like a front splash guard for the tires.

http://lexus.sewellparts.com/oem-cat...S350-2008.html - look at the hood/fender section.
The only thing I see that it could be, is the wheel arch liner.
But if it is something else not showing up on the guides in the link, then as above, call them or your local dealer, and ask.
They'll have a complete exploded parts system, which Sewell hasn't put up online.

Sounds like you're describing the front wheel opening extension pad covers. If so, they can simply be removed, per TSB pd043-06.

Why? This part was supposed to be removed after shipping. It serves no purpose and eventually gets scraped up anyway. The tsb told dealers to remove them. I removed mine some time ago.
Is there a reason you want them on?

Oops. You're right. They should have been removed. I was going to get one cuz I just noticed one side was missing when I was replacing the foglights. Thanks again. Saved me $40 bucks.

What does the TSB say? I wonder why they were there to begin with..

Yeah, it says they were there to protect the car during shipping. Tough to imagine what it is protecting without seeing how it is shipped I guess.
I took mine off during an oil change. Just a few bolts holding each one on. Took all of 2 minutes.
You could have the dealer do it, but I would never pay to have this done. It's just not a big deal.
