Transfer phone book with iPhone

Does anyone know a way to transfer the phone book from an iPhone ?

Is everyone manually entering numbers?

I sync them to another phone, then load them to my GS. I phone doesnt support it.

if you have 07-09, there is no way to directly transfer. use another phone to do it.
