I know this subject has been hashed and re-hashed on these boards but I have a quick question regarding adding Sirius to my '08 GS350.

I've purchased the SIRTOY1 and SCC1 kit from TSS and plan to install this weekend. I've also purchased the adapter for the shark fin antenna from TSS. While reading through the manual last night, I noticed it mentions that the SIRTOY1 isn't compatible with the shark fin antenna. Has anyone used the SIRTOY1 with the shark fin adapter cable with success?

I would assume they mean out of the box its not compatible. Since you have the adapter kit/plug you should be fine. I installed for a local with a different kit and we used the shark fin and had no issues.

You were spot on. Installed yesterday and everything works great! I was surprised at just how easy the installation was, pretty much plug and play. The hardest part (and it wasn't that hard) was running the antenna cable from the head unit back to the trunk.
