there is not much available in terms of performance upgrades. midpipes are pending for AWD, cat-back exhaust is available as are headers now. fujita makes an intake. other than that, there is nothing i can think of unless you feel like spending major $$$.

one goes from the axle back and one goes from the catback lol

axle back is from the rear axle to the muffler. catback is from the catalytic converter (about the mid point of the car between front and rear wheels) to the muffler.

Inatake : F-sport, Fujita, K&N, Toms, HKS, Joe-Z intake tube + Drop in filter,

Exhaust : Tanabe, Invidia, F-sport, HKS ,

Headers : I believe someone is making one in the Vendors section.

Misc : Blitz Throttle Controller ,

Please feel free to add anything that I left out...

Those are all performance parts, granted. But do they really improve the driving performance of the GS? In a word, no.

If you're after a certain look or want to sound a certain way thats one thing. But intake and exhaust mods on our car are almost purely eye or ear candy.

I have an F-Sport intake under my hood, but I had no illusion that it would enhance performance when I bought it. And believe me, it doesn't.

The only (practical) hope we have for any real performance enhancements on our car would be an ECU modification, and right now no one (that I know of anyway) knows how to crack it.

I would just get a drop in filter instead of the whole intake kit... Spend $50 or $300 for the same performance... I bought the K&N filter , then I replaced it with the F-sport "DRY" filter so I do not have to oil it up... Works pretty nice !
