Default How to Adjust Headrest?

Hi guys I have an 09 GS 350 and I can't seem to figure out how to lower the headrest in the front seats as I don't see a button or anything that allows me to move the headrest up or down and I don't wan't to yank on it too hard.

if you look closely there's a circle at the top of the seat back. it's right next to the metal rods that the headrest sits on. if you can't see it you should be able to feel a small circle by gently sliding your finger over the leather. it should be on the right shoulder side (when you're facing the steering wheel)

it's also explained in the manual. as mentioned, there is a circle imprint on the seat right by the headrest (toward the center of the car), you press on it and you can adjust

and in case you don't know, the headrest also auto adjust itself when you adjust your seat position (when you move forward and backward)

Hate to excavate a thread but many thanks! I've also looked for a button in vain. I couldn't believe they aren't adjustable, they are in every car. Plus the GS's rear headrests are. The driver headrest is still supportive but slightly low for me, so I'll make good use of it.

I have the same issue with my 2007 460L, I can’t find a button to lower it
