How to adjust fog light aim?
Had my HID fog lights installed last night but the left one seems to be pointing lower than the right one. Is there a screw I can use to adjust it? If it's something easy, I'd rather do it myself than bring it back to the shop.

Ok, I was able to adjust my fog light aim by turning a cog behind the housing. With the plastic panel out of the way, just look straight up when you're lying on the floor and you should see a cog wheel. Using a #2 Phillips-head screwdriver, guide it to the cog through the "tunnel" and just turn either way to adjust the aim up or down. My fog light aim is perfect now.

larrs, yes, it looks exactly like the headlight adjusters and isn't very hard to find. In fact, it's in plain sight and relatively easy to reach if your car is jacked up.

So... I finally got off my lazy butt the other day and took some snaps. First, take off the front wheels to access fender well liners. Remove clips and screws holding the front portion of the fender liner and peel back (no need to remove whole thing). You should be able to see the back of the fog light housing. Locate the silverish "screw" with an 8mm head and turn clockwise/counter to adjust height/leveling of fog light.

Nice work, Dave. I saw the bolt while I was under the car but from underneath, it would probably be easier using a screwdriver to turn the wheel (which is connected to the bolt). Either way works.
