loud engine noise on my brand new 06 gs 300..
Just want to check with you guys about loud engine noise on your 06 GS....
I am hearing loud fan belt noise whenever the car is started... and first, I thought it was normal but one of my friend, who also has 05 GS 300, pointed out the loud engine noise...have you guys seen this problem or is it just my car?
please advise... thanks guys...

Its normal open your rear doors with the car on and you will notice they will shake a bit from the vibration on the engine. I tryed it with serval GS's and they all do it. The gs is a pretty loud engine outside of the car. I too was dissappointed with the idle sound but it is normal or its the way that all of them sound.

Pobably is normal, depending on what the noise is...
is it more of a ticking?? cause the new RX, GS, and IS's have the same "loud" noise..
it's the fuel injectors ticking that accounts for most of the noise...
