Wow, how do you SoCal guys get away with these light upgrades. Ive been pulled over twice because of my lights on my previous car.

I have an issue. I recently changed the bubs on my 2003 IS300 (trunk and fog) and the bulb out indicator will not go off. How should I approach this issue.
