Default Radiator fans

Hey I tried to look up information about this topic, but I could not find the answer to my question. I recently changed my radiator and now both fans turn on periodically or they both stay on when the AC is turned on, before it use to be 1 fan would stay on all the time and the other fan would turn on periodically. Now I need to know which one is the correct sequence, because I do not want the car to overheat or whatever.

The fans should run when the A/C is on. Other than that they should cycle on and off as needed. One or both should not be on 100% of the time.

My fans are on 100% of the time, even with the key in the "on" position. What should I check first?

Thermal switch on the lower driver's side of the radiator. A/C pressure switch. Fan control relays. Engine coolant temperature sensor (different from the one that controls the gauge). I don't have schematics for these so you'll have to search.
