Default GS400 Manual Swap

Hello, Everyone.
I have a 2000 GS400 with a r154 swapped. I want to get rid of the pesky ECU/ VSC lights. I bought a Toyota Crown ECU 89661-3a300 to replace the Auto GS400 ECU. I can not reprogram the Door locks, and the car will crank but not start. Any advice would be great.

You're immobilized. You'll have to figure out how to reprogram the keys. Or check out the group "Toyota ECU security off" on Facebook. A member there claims to have a hardware solution to tricking the stock ECU into thinking everything's still peachy.

How easy was the Crown ECU swap? Did it use the same plugs or did you have to splice all the wires?

Eicca, I am going a bit crazy looking for the Correct ECU pins,To compare the Crown/ls400 ECU to the GS400, Figuring out why doesn't the Door locks work. The Plugs are all the Same, so it was a direct plug in, But like i said figuring out if the pins are all in the same place.
