Default ceramic vs nanotech tint

I'm in the process of looking into getting my 2004 GS430 tinted and I found a local tint shop that has been in business for 30 years. On their website, they say they use 3M, Llumar, Solar Gard, SunTek, Madico, and Global. I have Llumar ceramic tint on my 335 and it has served me well. I've heard of Solar Gard, 3M, and SunTek mentioned here and there but never looked into them seriously as I have always heard Llumar was a very good brand. I looked into Solar Gard and SunTek a little more and it seems that they're now offering Ceramic Nanotech which I don't think Llumar offers. Does anybody have any information or opinions on the brands that I listed above or any thoughts on the ceramic nanotech from Solar Gard or SunTek?

Hi, I've got Suntek Nano-Carbon tints, have had them for about 3 years comes with a lifetime warranty and they haven't faded or bubbled, or anything yet, no interference with radio or phone calls either. I've got 35% and in terms of temperature they're great and night time it's harder for people to see into the car, it's almost pitch black on my black interior. If I could do it again though I'd go a darker percentage. I've got 80% on the windshield too, not super reflective on on any of the tint. Great tint!

Are there any colored tints that also provide good UV protection? I wanted to go with VIPDOUT's blue tint but it doesnt mention anything about UV protection.

Check into LLumar Air 80 blue. If I recall correctly, it blocks heat similar to 5% limo. I got it because I wanted the clearest most effective tint I could get. It's clear in sunlight and blueish when overcast. It's a good bit more expensive than the VIPDOUT stuff though.

I think it was like $420 for everything except the sunroof , but it keeps my car cool and I can see at night. Yes the diffuser was custom, its been sold since that picture.
